The Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce's Insider E-blast is a valuable communication platform that connects the business community with exclusive access to members' exciting events, limited-time offers, and breaking community updates.

Who can submit an Insider E-blast?

Chamber members who are in good standing can submit Insider E-blasts

What is the investment?

• $50 for for-profit members for each E-blast
• $25 for non-profit members for each E-blast
• Premium Members Receive One (1) Free E-blast per year
• Executive Members Receive Two (2) Free E-blasts per year
• Investor Members Receive Three (3) Free E-blasts per year
• Trustee Members Receive Four (4) Free E-blasts per year

How often can E-blasts be sent and how do I schedule mine?

To ensure Insider E-blasts maintain a diverse and engaging content mix for subscribers:

• Members are limited to one e-blast a week, two E-blasts a month
• Duplicates of the same E-blast are not permitted. If you have an event, special offer, or news you would like to promote more than once, please change the verbiage and imaging/graphic to avoid spamming
• E-blasts will be scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be sent to subscribers Tuesday - Friday, one per day, for best coverage and to avoid spamming
• Email Rebecca Kasey, Director of Marketing, at rebecca@huntingtonchamber.org, with subject line "Insider" to schedule and submit your e-blast

What are the content guidelines?

• Images/graphics must be submitted in PNG or JPEG format and must be no more than 4.5 MB in size
• In the description, include a subject line with no more than 75 characters
• All content must be relevant, non-offensive, and comply with local laws and regulations
• Message may contain hyperlinks
• Your E-blasts should focus on promoting events, limited-time offers, or significant community updates
• Use of excessive capitalization, excessive punctuation, or misleading subject lines is not allowed

How will the E-blast be sent?

The Huntington Regional Chamber will use Constant Contact to send Insider E-blasts

When will I be invoiced?

An invoice will be sent via email to the contact person after the E-blast is sent
