The Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Monday Morning Memo e-newsletter features Chamber and member news and events and is sent to over 4,500 contacts every Monday morning.

Who can send a submission for the Monday Morning Memo and how can I submit?

Chamber members who are in good standing can send in submissions to mark@huntingtonchamber.org with subject line "MMM".

What is the investment?

FREE! However, we do offer paid opportunities for brand logo placement in our weekly newsletter. Reach out to megan@huntingtonchamber.org to learn more.

How often can I send a submission to the MMM and when does it go out?

• To ensure the Monday Morning Memo maintains a diverse and engaging content mix for subscribers:
  • Members are limited to one submission per week
  • Duplicates of the same submission are not permitted. If you have an event or news you would like to promote more than once, please change the verbiage and imaging/graphic
• The Monday Morning Memo is sent to more than 4,500 contacts every Monday morning.

What is the deadline for submissions?

The deadline for submissions is at 4 p.m. each Thursday for inclusion the following week

What are the content guidelines?

• Images/graphics must be submitted in PNG or JPEG format and must be no more than 4.5 MB in size.
• A short description is encouraged and may contain hyperlinks
• Your submission should focus on promoting events, limited-time offers, or business updates

How is the MMM sent?

The Huntington Regional Chamber will use Constant Contact to send Monday Morning Memos.
