February Lunch and Learn Being Before Doing: Leading From Your Best Self with Ryan Stoner
Many leaders are wired to stay busy—solving problems, moving fast, and checking the next thing off the list. But without intention, constant “doing” can lead to burnout, misalignment, and leadership that feels reactive rather than impactful.
Presented by Ohio Valley Bank and led by Ryan Stoner, Owner of Clarity Coaching & Consulting, this Lunch & Learn invites leaders to pause and rethink how they show up to lead. Instead of asking “What should I do next?,” we’ll explore a more foundational question: “Who am I being as a leader?”
Through guided reflection and open conversation, participants will explore how self-awareness, preparation, and personal rhythms shape not only how we work, but how effectively we lead others.
Location: 703 Seventh Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701
Time: 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
