Nonprofit Roundtable: Grants 101 Workshop

The Grants 101 Workshop is a comprehensive training program from the West Virginia Grant Resource Centers that guides participants through each critical step of the pre-award process. Developed and presented by the Grant Centers, these workshops help West Virginia communities, organizations, and other eligible entities grow their grant writing and application assembly skills. Participants can expect to gain a thorough understanding of the grant writing process and elevate their grant writing and application assembly skills

November Business After Hours with Sandy’s Racing and Gaming

The Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce is looking forward to an evening of networking and play at the November Business After Hours, hosted by Sandy’s Racing and Gaming. Business professionals can connect with fellow business leaders while enjoying delicious food, refreshing beverages and the vibrant energy of one of the region’s premier entertainment destinations.

Paris Signs Ribbon Cutting

The Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce will celebrate Paris Signs and its brand new location with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The business recently relocated to a new facility nearly four times larger than its former 5th Street Road location. The expanded space will enhance workflow and fabrication capabilities, allowing the company to better serve its customers. Community members are invited to attend and help celebrate Paris Signs' 26 years of growth and success.

November Lunch and Learn: Inside the IDEA District with Toney Stroud

The Chamber invites you to a special Lunch & Learn as Toney Stroud, Chief Legal Officer and VP of Strategic Initiatives and Corporate Relations at Marshall University, shares the latest updates on the exciting developments at the new IDEA District. 

Learn how this transformative project is driving innovation, partnerships, and economic growth in our community and what it means for local businesses and residents.

Small Business Roundtable First Meeting 

The Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce has announced the launch of its new Small Business Roundtable, a collaborative forum designed to connect, empower and support local entrepreneurs. 

Chaired by Rebecca Thomas, owner of True Soul Boutique and Leadership Huntington Class of 2025 graduate, the roundtable will offer small business owners a space to share resources, exchange ideas and find strength in community. 

At the first meeting, Phoebe Patton Randolph from Edward Tucker Architects will give an inside look at the Huntington Downtown Streetscape Project, from enhanced safety and accessibility to West Virginia’s first “Shared Street” on 9th Street. After the presentation, attendees will dive into a roundtable discussion and enjoy a walking tour of downtown Huntington.

December Business After Hours with City National Bank 

The Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce invites members and community partners to join us for our final Business After Hours of 2025, hosted by City National Bank. This popular annual gathering is a highlight of the Chamber calendar, bringing together local business leaders for an evening of networking, connection, and celebration.

Attendees will enjoy light refreshments, festive cheer, and engaging conversation as we toast to another successful year and celebrate the holiday season together. In the spirit of giving, the Chamber is partnering with the Children’s Home Society of West Virginia to collect new, unwrapped toys for local children.

Guests will also have the opportunity to win exciting door prizes, generously provided by City National Bank and the Marshall University Big Green Foundation, adding an extra layer of fun to the evening.
