April Bias named Director of Marketing at Big Sandy Superstore Arena

Big Sandy Superstore Arena is pleased to announce it has named April Bias as its new Director of Marketing and Sales. Bias has experience in marketing, event planning, branding and communications. In her new role, she will oversee marketing, public relations and communications for the facility. As she joins the leadership team she will work closely with General Manager, Cindy Collins.
“We are so excited to welcome April to the Big Sandy Superstore Arena. Her marketing experience, diverse skill set and enthusiasm for the community will contribute to the growth of the arena," said Collins.
Prior to joining Big Sandy, she worked in Spilman Thomas & Battle’s Charleston, WV office where she played a significant role in the law firm’s marketing and rebranding efforts. Bias is a Huntington native. She attended Marshall University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in advertising.
“Huntington has made so much progress in the past few years, and it’s because the city has a great team of community members who are working hard to make it the best community it can be.
