Work involves city-wide economic development efforts and implementation of City’s business promotion, attraction and retention programs. Must be knowledgeable of application of rules and regulations governing applicable federal programs, including HUD regulations. Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration; minimum 5 years experience in public and/or private economic development, CDBG administration, public administration and/or banking; and experience and exhibited ability in financial analysis. Completion of Economic Development Financial Professional Certification program or ability to complete and pass within 2 years from hire date. Salary negotiable; valid driver’s license.
